The solid-wood planks are special custom productions sawn directly from the ALPIlignum veneer block.
TAV planks – solid and refined
TAV planks are a refined variant of the classic solid-wood plank – custom productions sawn directly from the ALPIlignum veneer block, even in small quantities.
The block consists of glued and pressed peeled veneers and is an intermediate product in the manufacture of ALPIlignum veneers. In various subsequent steps it is further processed into veneer leaves – or sawn into planks with specified standard dimensions.
Planks with a thickness of 3.5 to 65 millimetres can be produced; from 3.5 to 25 millimetres already in small quantities. Special productions thicker than 25 millimetres are produced from a minimum production quantity of 1 cubic metre. The production time is approximately 6 weeks in each case.
